view from the balcony , size of the room was big, I really loved the bidet sprayer, staff are friendly, parking is free, swimming pool seems fine but did not try it myself .loved the coffee machine, they gave us complimentary water and almond biscotti which was delicious, bed was comfey

the view of the room was so good , we took a good room at -2 floor it was really nice view with garden , spacious room and clean provided with nespresso machine , free parking

I am very particular about a clean bathtub and a clean balcony, so I was a bit worried before my stay. However, there was absolutely nothing to be worried about! Spotlessly clean rooms and balconies (for there were two!). Spectacular view of the lake. Good breakfast. The staff really add to the ambience of this hotel, they are all so nice and friendly (apart from one young lady, but I suspect she was under pressure and too busy clearing breakfast tables to engage in niceties!😆) I had a fantastic stay and just didn't want to leave! I have stayed at a 5star hotel in Lugano, and in terms of how welcome you are made to feel, this experience was very comparable.

Everything’s was good and amazing starting with the location os very near to paradiso tain station and the stop bus also near just you need to walk for 1 minute from the city exit of the hotel, the breakfast was good , check in and check out was easily and fast, the bus and train tickets was free from the hotel I mean including your reservation I just want to say thank you for all the stuff and sure inshallah we will come back soon 😊

The Hotel is located in a nice area. From couple rooms you have a perfect vie down to Lugano and the some part of the lake. The people working there are top friendly and speak three Swiss-Languages and English. Both restaurants they have inkluding breakfeast was allwsys good. And from the Bar they have, you can enjiy the best view down to Lugano. Little Swimmingpool and a Sauna for max. maybe 10 people (one hamman room and one Finish-Sauna) is great to use during the time, no-one else us there. The hotel floor and rooms are covered with a carpet-floor, the rest is made with wood-substitute or another easy to clean floor material.

Gorgeous room with stunning views, and really clean. The hotel is on beautiful grounds. I had a massage - it was exceptionally good!! The therapists name was Dayva (apologies for incorrect spelling). The staff were very nice and helpful.

We spent a few days around new years eve in Parco Paradiso. It's a very comfortable place. Not cheap but great quality. Great drinks and food. We ended up drinking cocktails in the lobby as the nice looking bar is a cigar smoking place which we found the ine negative point. Might go there once in summertime to enjoy the garden and the park next door. Overall very happy with our stay.
